People
Building high-performing teams where people feel trusted, supported and accountable for their best work.
High-performing organisations aren't built by optimising departments.
They are built by creating a cohesive ecosystem where people, operations, growth and customers work together to create clarity.
Leadership philosophy
I believe leadership is about creating the conditions for people and businesses to perform at their best.
That means listening carefully, setting clear expectations, making thoughtful decisions and staying calm when the pressure is high. It also means being honest about what is working, what is not and what needs to change.
I do not believe leadership needs to be loud to be effective. Strong leadership creates confidence through consistency, judgement and action.
The four foundations
People, customers, operations and growth are not separate agendas. They are interconnected parts of one operating system.
Building high-performing teams where people feel trusted, supported and accountable for their best work.
Creating partnerships that deliver value, build confidence and support long-term commercial success.
Designing scalable operating models that deliver consistent, reliable and efficient outcomes.
Driving continuous improvement that builds capability, accelerates performance and creates value.
Executive stories
A selection of stories showing how I lead through complexity, bring people together and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Operations · Transformation
Transforming a reactive regional function into a scalable, governed operation supporting customers around the clock.
Challenge: Inconsistent regional processes, limited operational visibility and reactive ways of working.
Approach: Redesigned the operating model, standardised procedures, introduced KPI governance and created a global operating rhythm.
Outcome: A scalable 24/7 capability with stronger visibility, accountability and customer responsiveness.
Great operations are not built by asking people to work harder. They are built by creating clarity, consistency and accountability.
Customers · Growth
Evolving from reactive support to proactive customer ownership, executive governance and long-term value realisation.
Challenge: Strategic accounts needed clearer ownership, stronger governance and earlier visibility of risk.
Approach: Built a Technical Account Management framework, introduced QBRs and evolved the model into Customer Success Engineering.
Outcome: A repeatable customer operating model supporting adoption, relationship strength and renewal readiness.
Customers · Operations
Coordinating people, processes and executive governance to support an environment where failure was not an option.
Challenge: A high-profile live environment with complex dependencies and extraordinary operational expectations.
Approach: Established hypercare governance, clear escalation routes and coordinated cross-functional readiness.
Outcome: Greater customer confidence, clearer ownership and a more controlled operational response.
People · Customers
Bringing teams together, creating a shared plan and rebuilding executive trust during a difficult engagement.
Challenge: Customer confidence had fallen and multiple teams were operating without one clear recovery plan.
Approach: Created cross-functional governance, clarified ownership and established transparent executive communication.
Outcome: A stabilised engagement, stronger collaboration and renewed confidence in the path forward.
Clarity in action
Dashboards, reports and operating frameworks create visibility, accountability and better decisions. The examples below demonstrate the approach, not confidential business performance.
Illustrative example: Dashboards, reports and presentations have been anonymised and, where appropriate, values have been modified to protect confidential customer and company information while preserving the underlying reporting approach.
Evidence, not claims
This dashboard is an example of how I use data to support executive decision-making rather than simply report performance.
Bringing commercial, customer and operational measures into a single executive view enabled leadership teams to identify emerging risks, measure business health, prioritise investment and focus governance discussions on the actions with the greatest impact.
Hover over the information icons, values and scores to explore the decision logic behind the dashboard.
Bringing support agreement revenue, forecasting and growth into a single executive view.
Tracking renewal performance and identifying opportunities requiring executive attention.
Providing leadership with a consistent measure of business performance and trends over time.
Turning complex operational and commercial data into clear, actionable insight.
Illustrative example: Values shown are historical, anonymised or modified for portfolio purposes. The dashboard demonstrates the executive reporting and governance approach rather than current company performance.

Beyond work
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family, renovating properties, building reports and fishing. The same curiosity that draws me to complex business problems is also what makes me enjoy restoring a home, understanding a dataset or finding a better way to do something.
